Shipping Times

DOMESTIC

• UPS® Ground — 1-5 business days, transit times are between one to five business days, with Saturday delivery standard to most residential addresses.
  
• UPS 2nd Day Air® — delivery is usually completed within 48 hours, with delivery starting at 10 AM. However, delivery times may vary depending on location and day of the week. 
• UPS Next Day Air® — (By 10:30 a.m. the next business day) Available in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii. 

INTERNATIONAL

• UPS Standard ® — typically takes 3–7 business days, but delivery time depends on the origin and destination.
  
• UPS Worldwide Saver ® — shipments typically arrive within 1–3 business days. However, they may not arrive in the morning and are instead delivered by the end of the day. 
  
• UPS Worldwide Expedited® — delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. This service delivers to over 220 countries and territories. 

With orders shipped internationally customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may incur. 

Shipping Details

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Registered customers can check their order status or update payment details for Pre-Order deposits, visit the My Account page.

The delivery window begins when the carrier picks up your order. Shipping times may vary based on carrier, location, and weather conditions, and cannot be guaranteed.

At this time, we do not ship to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Orders placed with these addresses will be canceled.

Due to the high value of our packages, a signature is required upon delivery. If you (or your butler;) won’t be home, consider using an alternate address where someone can sign, or coordinate directly with UPS for pickup or redelivery.
